I remember Noades asset stripping the club to the point where he nicked the lawn mowers so I don't know where you're getting this white knight image from.

He saw an idiot he could rinse 30m out of (there's no way he got short changed like you suggest) and sold the club without second thought, knowing he'd bankrupt the buyer and jeopardise the club.
He retained ownership of the ground to rape us on the ground rent and force the inevitable collapse of the club and then he would have a nice chunk of real estate in London. Jordan duped him into its sale by using a vehicle company which Noades believed would do this very thing.

The bloke was a category 1 c*** whose actions were so malicious as to go beyond normal business practice that it's hard to imagine that he held CPFC and it's fans in nothing but contempt.

I am only giving one and all my recollection of what Noades said.

In terms of the ground, I believe that Noades said that if the ground deal had not been separate, CPFC would have lost the ground after the Goldberg administration.I also think he said he never set out to own 'Selhust Park' after he sold the club.

It was reported on BBC that the Qatari consortium that owns PSG were looking at possibility of buying a Premier League club. If true would certainly solve our lack of transfer funds and investment for new stand.

The report i read said they were looking for a Championship club, even mentioned Aston Villa and Nots Forest as likely clubs.

Parish, Harris and Blitzer each own 18% so Harris and Blitzer have 36% to Parish's 18%.Parish might run the club on a day-to-day basis but he doesn't retain overall control.

That still leaves 46% of shares, im certainly not sure, but i think there owned, or most of them, by the original Directors from when Parish and these three bought the club, i also think, and again i am not sure, that there was some agreement that they would vote with Parish if push came to shove, as we know, Parish is a very astute business man, i don't think he would sell 36% of the shares and put himself in a position were he could be out voted with out the back up of his other share holders

Is he? He is part-owner of a PL club that was losing £750K a week in its previous financial year (and which will have been unlikely to have improved in the last one). I'm not too sure he's where any clever money is going to be bet currently.

Losing £750k per week? How much are we actually down, bearing in mind our net spend of £10 mil?

I’m aware of amortisation so I expect it’ll take a while for us to experience address the premier league error correction and £30 million player spending from little scouting we’ve done.

It's the real estate that will attract a potential investor ... and we really haven't got much worth buying at the moment. Let's face it, s***hole Park needs a shed load of money spent to bring it into the 21st century. That's before they spend a billion quid to create a squad like Man City's.
