I've seen a few articles in the last couple of days stating Jordan Ayew will be our first summer signing for a fee of £4 million [Link]

I'm not really convinced this is money well spent if our budget is tight again. He works hard but he seems sulky and do we really need a striker on our books who can't score? I think I'd rather have a youngster as a backup like Daly, or someone.

He'd be in good company.

He's really a wide man.

That's a bit harsh. He looks in reasonable shape to me.

Did you see him in the 23's the other day, he's been on the hot X buns.

Agree. We need to use this £4 million and a lot more to get a striker who will be good competition if not better than Tekkers. We need a left back, dead ball specialist and striker, £15 million or so on each. Sounds a lot but that is about what we spent when Sam became manager.

Sounds like a load of horsesнит to me.

Football Ghana?!?!

A lot of these footy news websites are just trying to spin stuff from nothing- possibly agents input.

Very true. End Ayew's loan period and time to sell Benteke and Wickham and strike the transfer market early for Forward replacements.

Pff, like that'd happen, 11th hour on deadline day and we're scrapping through a deal to get Emiliano Sala as we've got noone else to turn to.
