In January the Telegraph reported our universities to be riddled with hateful preachers ( and that's not including all the feminists)

The problem starts with words...And comes to fruition in a church in Sri Lanka

We should de-platform Islamic hate preachers until they show respect to gays, women, non-believers and apostates.

...........or maybe just deport them back from where they came?

Tons are UK born , often from a mother who was an imported young bride brought into the UK and not encouraged to learn to speak English nor to associate with British people.

Has it become illegal to question the origins of 7/7 ?

And as for the father's ? Polygamy is rife. So you have towns in England where one bloke has fathered up to 20 kids.

Have you seen the "employment rate" for British Muslims ? Statistics do not lie. Sorry for speaking with uncomfortable facts.

The Welfare State of Corbyn et al is the root cause of towns like Luton going hard-core. Attacks regularly in the uk , 359 dead in Sri Lanka and all are fearful of criticising radical Islam.

Islam is not a race. It is a belief system. We can all just as readily criticise Nazi ideology without hating Germans or communism without hating Russians. A belief system which tolerates murder, homophobia, or paedophilia had better have some explaining to do.

Some of the most relevant and informed criticism of any ideology comes from within. What happens to those who try to reform Islam from within ?

We can just as happily rip into Christianity for its historical crimes.

Love all the people, criticise the ideology and some of the behaviours.

Sri Lanka must be start of the healing

This is worrying for many reasons. Not the usual petty criminals who get radicalised. Very organised, middle class and educated. No apparent connection to any earlier problems locally. Whilst the Sri Lanka Government isn’t always reliable in its communication, it also seems likely the bombers had been trained by experienced jihadists.

Fair enough, I'll rephrase it.

Stop trying to understand and justify terrorism, thereby excusing it.

They murder kids ffs and you're on a virtue trip.

"Ooooh let's understand why these middle class f***ers murder kids" "let's look beyond and empathise with their feelings yar"
"Let's pity them, yar, they're victims too poor things".

Something that amused me greatly recently was the cultural clash between the mainstream Islamic community and the teaching profession over sexuality recently.

That's one socially conservative community who aren't going to bend. To an extent I can admire that.

However as their demographic increases along with their political representation they are no longer going to use the left.....because for social conservatives the left were always a convenience flag anyway.

Essentially, in the future, when the penny drops amongst the normies in far larger scales I hope they don't forget the ideological pushers from this generation....if they are still knocking about. Because they enabled that future.

You cannot justify terrorism and I would not and have not.

I fear for the Muslim community in Sri Lanka.

These inhuman people are setting out to push all Muslims towards having to fight. They have been taught it is a duty. The brainwashing needs to be understood, rooted out and undermined.

Please tell me the most effective approach.

And by way I don’t care how you imagine me.

Wahey, here he is! Where have you been? Busy helping your mates out in the Sri Lankan government or running Brunei I assume.

So you fear that Muslim's might suffer at the hands of an intolerant ideology that seeks to eliminate anything contrary to its barbarism? Are you for real?

In bold: so the poor radical muslims were forced to murder hundreds of women and children? Yet you're not an apologist who excuses terrorism. Ok.

As you know, I neither said nor implied that

The Muslim communities in general are in danger just the same as all other communities. Jihadis tend to view non radicals as apostates. They will happily kill them but would rather radicalise them

As I asked earlier, please let me know the solution you propose.

Become a Sunni Muslim Maple and your problems are solved.

The most 'effective approach' for all communities was not allowing the Islamic population to exceed two percent. If you look at the demographic map of where attacks happen both ways and where they don't, that's the conclusion.

This is a general reality about the effectiveness of integration and harmony between groups. If you have too many of a distinctly different culture, they don't feel the need to integrate and stop trying....bingo problems.

This common sense is and was missing and now you have an unstoppable train which is going to play its self out.....it's that 's***e sandwich' Maple...which....you deem acceptable in other spheres...but you don't seem to like here.

There are no 'nice but effective' solutions now. There are only solutions with less death than other solutions....but as usual we will only get politically expedient solutions until the s***e hits the fan.

As for your concern for the Muslims of Sri Lanka. I have an understanding of this and it's a fair concern.
However Christian and other religious communities have been practically wiped out in most majority Islamic countries. Those that remain are regularly subjected to attacks, most of which we don't get to hear about.

So, this in reality is the nature of some religions. They come with a percent of fundamentalists, which won't live alongside other religions. Islamic reformers have been banging on about the problems within Islam for decades now and the left have demonised them and the mainstream media ignored them......Well, the chickens are coming home to roost for everybody and I'm very angry because the lessons are people's lives.

Yes you did.

The obvious inference is that you believe that the poor, cornered Islamic population have been "pushed to violence".

You can't get a clearer apologist's view on terrorism.

In bold is also an apologist's sympathetic nonsense which acts to excuse all the tyranny committed in Allah's name.

Disgraceful.

Haha, you really are funny. Shame really as this is serious.

Let me repeat for the hard of thinking.

In Sri Lanka, I am not aware of any previous Jihadi violence, this came as a shock.

It appears likely the violence is not related to indigenous pressures. Rather, it seems similar to international terrorism and a Jihadi philosophy.

The terrorists have an agenda including trying to push ordinary Muslims into joining their dehumanised regime. They foment hatred between Muslims and non-Muslims as a part of that. They also try to scare Muslims into providing tacit - and possibly practical - support.

I am extremely concerned for Muslims being attacked, just as I am concerned for any other group.

ChrisGC, may I ask again what your solution would be to the issue of international Muslim terrorism.

No you may not. I don't engage with people who have sympathy for child killers.
