Before his back went he warranted his place....once he lost that flexibility he stayed on too long. I thought his captaincy was overated, something Hussain improved upon......Hussain did better with a team of less ability.

He's a good cricket journalist but I can't say I agree with much of his worldview.....a modern day public school view of the world....but he can have a laugh, I'll give him that.
