Good point unfortunately they were nowhere in sight. Trained security know how to tackle people as you say, he wasn't and acted out of instinct and probably anger. That's why we have security to stop members of the public making situations worse.

Personally I would prosecute her and the rest of the mob.

What for? What did the do that was illegal?

He did push her into a pillar first didn’t he?

Didn't see any pillars.

A look on his face ffs. If that was a criminal offence Diane Abbott would be doing life.

Soft lily livered apologists really piss me off.
This girl may be a dangerous individual.
Like the lovely antifa girl who assaulted that fellow the other day.

Clearly lots of people on here haven't seen it, going on about grabbing by the throat, violence, smashing off pillars etc, so here's a link.

After she tries to lunge past him, he takes her arm with one hand and places his other on the back of her neck and calmly walks her away.

I've had worse Chinese burns than what Fields did to her!

Faux outrage to a new level.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

For "the" read "she".

1. Trespassing on a private function for starters.
2. Approaching dinner guests in a manner that might have been violent or even life-threatening.

If that's not enough to begin with, I can't honestly be bothered with blind ignorance.

I think not

If they are guilty of a crime I assume the Police will take action. I have seen none to date. I have also seen no suggestion that Mansion House will press for charges. Why is that?

Maybe one of the lawyers on here can enlighten us.

So you didn’t see the lady get pushed into the pillar?

It seems Field sees this differently given his apology.
