Hope so, might keep Wilf happy as well, playing them as a pair has worked well

Most likely be put into bank where it will remain till after the transfer window when all attempts to sign fall through at the last minute and we end up with Adebyor again. Sorry just don't trust DF or SP to buy quality more likely to buy Sorloth Mk 2 and squander the rest.

I’d buy Butland, Clyne, Michy and offer Foden a one year loan before he gets his chance at City when David Silva retires. Zaha replacement can be discussed should that move occur

Sensible and possible but not all of them for the AWB money. I’m not sure we need Butland, I’d put what is left over towards a decent winger and would be happy to see Lookman at the club.

£5m-10m on right back - £3m against this years accounts
£30m on a striker - £8m against this years accounts
£3m contract to snap up Rafa when his contract expires in a couple of weeks. I love Roy but you should't pass up an opportunity like that if he's available.

I know this adds up to more than £55m but for accounting purposes it doesn't

I wouldnt worry about it adding up mate . i dont reckon we are going to buy any players ,

oh yeah ,fcuk off brighton.

Can't see us spending £30+ million on a striker when we've got Wickham and Benteke, who doesn't want to leave. I see another loaned striker coming in. A decent attacking midfielder is what we should be targeting. Someone who can change the game from the middle of the park.

I hope this isn't Hodgson posting himself. If we are relying on Wickham and Benteke who have scored barely any goals between them in a couple of years then we are absolutely royally f*cked and 100% down. Fact.

How would you spend the cash...?

I’ll get the ball rolling:

Callum Wilson £32m
Timothy Castagne £15m
Nathan Clyne £8m

Don't see why Wilson would come to us so that seems a bit of a wild rolling of the ball!

Our best signing will be 1) keeping Wilf 2) new contract for Luka. Then...

-Replacement of AWB - would prefer young Norwich right-back than Clyne. Clyne has had issues at Liverpool with long periods of just having vanished...don't think he's mentally right.

-go all out for Mitrovic. Imagine him with Wilf and Andros and the amount of goals he'd bang in for us. He could turn us into a top 8 team.
