He has a terrible goal record, hopefully he brings something else?

Not an impressive goals-to-game ratio but is a player who works his socks off both in training and in matches.

Brendan Rodgers signed him on loan for Swansea and he was Rodgers' first signing at Liverpool.Borini was at Chelsea at the same time as Van Aanholt and they were also at Sunderland at the same time.

Have I missed a rule change where you get points based on high work rate and missed chances and that’s why we’re bringing in Ayew permanently and Borini?

Yes, you now get points for trying. Three times during a half the players will go off whilst VAR reviews effort for five minutes. Participation ribbons will then be awarded and, once the signal from the sponsor comes through, the game progresses.

Luckily this will provide an opportunity on TV and the jumbotrons for the audience experience to be enhanced by a series of helpful messages explaining the sponsors range of products, online casinos and so forth. If you sign up to Palace world these messages can be tailored to your specific needs.

Progress baby, its a beautiful thing.

Goal tally ain't great, but we have been crying out for a more fox in the box type rather than the tall knock down agents who have nobody to knock down to.

I just don't think this rumour is more than an agent's attempt at getting him a higher wage as it states that his club don't want to pay his 48k weekly wages. That wouldn't be a bad figure if we could off-load Benteke.

On Wiki he hasn't scored 10 goals in any of 9 seasons. Much prefer a younger striker who has scored well in the Championship than this guy.

Borini would be a terrible signing, hardly prolific.

We should be looking at the striker from Brentford.

I wonder, now that we are signing Ayew is it possible that Borini was a back up in case that fell through. That would make sense however we don't need both of them.

"He finished the season with 2 goals in 26 appearances in all competitions as Sunderland finished bottom of the table and was relegated."

How big was the tank and what kind of fish?

By sheer coincidence, an old friend of my grandfather's fish tank cleaner gave me a call last week and suggested we take a look at this guy.

He mentioned that the player is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Sunderland.

My contact went on to allude to the fact that Borini started his career at Bologna, before moving to Chelsea in 2007. His information leads me to believe that in 2011, Borini joined Championship side Swansea City on loan, and eventually signed for Roma, before moving to Liverpool in 2012.

The conversation was beginning to drag at this point, but my contact insisted on informing me that the player spent the 2013–14 season on loan at Sunderland, becoming a fans' favourite during his time there, and after a season back at Liverpool he joined Sunderland permanently in August 2015.

My contact and I then had a minor disagreement about whether or not Borini made his senior international debut in 2012, and was an unused member of the Italian squad that reached the Euro 2012 final. As it happens, it turns out that my contact's information was bang on the money and he truely was a part of the aforementioned Italian squad.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

Something doesn't smell quite right, I think Tez has reeled us in.

Does Borini like fish?
