What a load of self serving crap.

The authorities were burying the whole problem so the idea that Robinson was the problem has no validity.

Do explain how he jepodised any convictions.

I already have!

By breaking the reporting restrictions, which apply to everyone and not just to journalists, he opened up the possibility of defence lawyers claiming that their client's defence had been compromised and the Judge agreeing and ordering a mistrial. The accused could then be set free pending a decision on whether a retrial would happen.

Alongside that were the ongoing investigations all of which were linked. The authorities obviously wanted things to be kept quiet as possible whilst those investigations were carried out, presumably to avoid those being investigated being made aware they were under scrutiny.

Blatant disregard for lawfully imposed restrictions has resulted in his conviction. No excuses possible.

Two judges had already decided that what he live-streamed was not prejudicial to the case. What he said on that stream was already reported information as he previously had done legal training. The court provided no information on reporting restrictions on the day, which they are supposed to.

The attorney general – the legal adviser to the government! – removed the original charges and decided to add two different allegations. One of which was by speaking and photographing the defendants (racially aggravated gang rapists) could have made them feel anxious. Really?

The attorney general believes this trial is in the public's interest and is costing taxpayers millions.

Lawfully imposed restrictions which include super-injunctions and gagging orders. There seem to be a few things it’s not in our interest to know about.

You are like a repeating record.
They got done end of.
Hows your take on child rape.
As that was the court case.
A bit more serious than the accused and summarily convicted scum bags.

I don’t know but he claims he did and court officials have agreed.

What "Robinson"claims and what is true are not necessarily the same. Court officials? Who exactly and why? Court officials are not lawyers, let alone Judges, so not competant to even offer an opinion.

The only reason for the repetition is the repeated misunderstanding of why "Robinson" was charged and found guilty.

This has no bearing on my, or your, opinion on child rape or anything else. It's only connection to it is via the cases that "Robinson's" activities might have compromised.

Attempting to divert the discussion onto another subject, however important you might feel it to be, is to completely miss the point.

Answer the question then as this specific part of the post is about the court case I know.
What's your take on Muslim child grooming gangs.
The thread is about TR.
If you look the start is about his actions generally.

Court officials would know if there were reporting restrictions but don’t let that get in the way of your argument.
Your respect for the law is laudable but law and justice aren’t the same thing.

Well mine's a flipping sight more serious than yours and 'Robinson's'.

If he were interested in any other cases this would look a whole lot different. He is just after exposure to his main tenet, that Muslims are 'bad' in UK society. This is just a vehicle for his agenda

When I see him campaign about the huge cases that I have highlighted recently on this site that don't happen to be primarily Muslims, then perhaps you can say his concern is child rape. And those cases have not seen any justice, unlike many of the recent grooming gang cases that 'Robinson' has been using and in so doing jeopardising.

Go on; what white grooming gangs do you have info on.
how do you feel about the muslims who committed these acts then.
I'm sure that if a white gang was doing this their names and faces would be everywhere.
Hence they arnt everywhere so there are not white grooming gangs in the amounts of Muslim ones.
Why are all these Muslim men not being plastered up everywhere.
Because our glorious leaders want everyone to be one big happy family.
s*** utopia dont exist.

In fairness the church got away with this s*** on an industrial scale for decades.. but you're of course right than no depraved groups or gangs of whatever ilk should be able to get away with this.
