There's a difference between playing negatively every week and trying to slog out 40 points with a couple of world beaters to then trying the same trick without them. Had a season long trial, proved his a championship player at best, got the gig anyway. We're absolute f***ing mugs. Worst transfer decision in a long time.

This is very much the view of some supporters I have been in conversation with today. These chaps are normally quite positive about our prospects but at the moment they are not lighthouses of joy, predicting pitchy seas for our team.
