Because the juries of the other trials could have been influenced by knowledge of what was happening in this trial, and they were relying on those in this trial and the other perpetrators yet to go to trial to testify against each other in order to ensure the ringleaders got the right sentences. This is why the reporting restrictions in place. Not for some supposed 'cover up' from some higher force. Can you honestly not see that? If this was even the slightest bit true, then these other trials would already have been compromised because the publicity from this trial is already....far far far more than any live stream Robinson was making to his own online supporters. Yet the trials continue. Secondly if you are correct then the charges that Robinson ultimately has gone down for would relate to what you stated.....in reality they are designed not to be able to challenge.....as in 'subjective recklessness' and 'anxiety to defendants' Keep necking back that kool aid....you are just tribal and would defend any waffle.

You're going to make the argument that reporting restrictions are justified on....one, trial juries need to be kept from the knowledge that there are Islamic raping gangs around the country and that they might know each other.....and two....that the kind of people who get called up to jury trials don't already know that we have Islamic raping gangs and that raping gangs tend to network.| Stirlingsays 12 Jul 19 1.08pm |

I hope he gets on okay. I don't think this is going to calm the situation. We are a fire-bombing on a mosque away from major riots in certain areas.
