Has anyone seen this latest Twitter outburst from Trump, which is clearly aimed at 4 Democratic Congresswomen, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, Ayanna Pressley, and Ilhan Omar. They are all "coloured", 3 were born in the USA and the other arrived as a 12 year old.

"So interesting to see “Progressive” Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful Nation on earth, how our government is to be run. Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came. Then come back and show us how it is done. These places need your help badly, you can’t leave fast enough. I’m sure that Nancy Pelosi would be very happy to quickly work out free travel arrangements!"

It's causing a bit of a political storm in the USA with Republican comment noticeable by it's absence.

I admit bias against white supremacist attitudes and complete ignorance of the facts.

That's a subscription only link but it wasn't an Australian one. I found it yesterday on another device and cannot remember the route, so will have to take some time.

William M. Briggs, Professor of Statistical Science at Cornell University described the study as “a contender for the worst use of statistics in an original paper ever” and “a textbook example of confused data, unrecognised bias and ignorance of statistics”.

Nothing wrong with Trump's tweet saying that those trying to hurt America with their dangerous immigration policies should go back to the countries of origin if they care so much, fix their system and then come back.

I found it both refreshing and appropriate. Finally, someone willing to call these virtue signallers on their bulls***.
