Is Wilfred even training with the team?
I have not seen anything to suggest that he is, and RH's comments seems to suggest he has not returned to work.

Zaha is on usual agreed leave after an international tournament. Nothing more. Nothing to do with refusing to return or train as talksh1t seem to report every couple of days.

He isn't due back to training until Aug 1st.

No.

Real life is that we have no need to sell Zaha at all.

If he thinks we will sell him for half what he is worth with a 4 year contract remaining, then he is having a laugh

Again, I’m talking about pressure as bids get closer to his value, not the 50% shy of £80 mil one Arsenal tried it on with. You’re ignoring that possibility and player power being in existence. But we can all pretend when we don’t have to face these factors, and with other matters to address as well, whether now or in the medium to long term.

You’re looking at the price in isolation like it’s a house.

But Roy does say he doesn’t know if he has spoken to club and told them he wants to leave. If you wanted to leave you would tell the chairman not the manager.

Just imagine the scenes if he turns out for Everton on the opening day of the season?

Yes I think they’d leave him off the squad that day. He wouldn’t produce and the damage could last a while so doubtful they’d risk it.

Agree but I wonder if anyone with the reputation of someone like Zaha to his teamates and fans has ever actually done this before? obviously lesser players in lower leagues have.

The chances of Zaha leaving us for Everton are slim to none and he was to leave us for a team that are literally on par to us then he can never say he left to further his career and win trophies.

Never going to happen so forget the idea of him lining out for everton

Roy looked really tired in his latest interview. Would be a slap in the face for him if Wilf left, also if we don't replace AWB. I don't believe he deserves that.
