I wasn't addressing the situation in Hollywood but out in the real world.

As I am far from "on the left" I am very glad that you recognise that your assertion doesn't apply to me. I just love the way that those on the right assume that anyone who criticises them must belong on the left. My natural home is centre right. I have no time at all for left wing politics.

Or indeed, anyone who disagrees with the left are classed as facist/racist.

always a Norwood boy, where ever I live.

You don't think that there might be just a little bit of right wing bias creeping into that assertion?

I just love the way that the right state their opinion as fact and dismiss all other as propaganda, when all the evidence is that all the propaganda is actually coming from their side in the age of Trump.

I completely accept the logic of what you say but perhaps you can give me examples of right wing bias in the mainstream media.
Yours sounds like a balanced observation but the facts do not back up your assertion.

Do you never read the Daily Wail or the Express? The Telegraph, whilst always a better read, also sees things from a rightish perspective. All of the Murdoch titles push his agenda, which is hardly of the left. Which actually means most of them doesn't it? Only the Guardian and the Mirror really lean the other way.

Completely untrue. I disagree with the left and I have never been so described. Most of the centre ground disagrees with both the right and the left and also could not be tarred with that brush.

No. Only the odd online article.

So your best examples are two newspapers with modest circulations pitched against the combined forces of the entire televisual media in both news and fiction, most of the internet, the establishment, advertising, universities and schools?

The Daily Wail has a circulation of around 1.2 million but is also one of the most used online sources in the UK! The Sun has a circulation of 1.3 million in May this year.

The newspaper's affiliations are very obvious and not really subject to dispute. That you, and so many other right wingers, see the broadcast media as biased towards the left doesn't mean it is. Just visit a few Labour party forums to read what they think! If both sides complain then the chances are they have got it about right in my opinion.

Exactly the same applies to the internet, where loads of right wing content is available. In fact it's hard to avoid sometimes. The establishment? Pretty conservative in my view. Advertising? Follows the money! Universities have always tended toward left wing views, simply because the young tend to be idealistic and mellow as they age. You can though still find right wing opinion there. Schools are apolitical. They teach. They don't indoctrinate. They open minds to search for their own truth. Cynics on the right, or the left will doubtless disagree but there are certain attitudes which really ought not to be taught in schools.

And even then, they believe in the kind of left you can only believe in if you have a certain income. They think lower class people agreeing with them is an "Unfortunate consequence" of the cause.

Its 2019, if its on paper, its toilet paper...

To save a lengthy response, I will just say that you and I see things very differently and I choose to trust my judgement over yours.
