Every bloody transfer window. Presuming some of these rumours are false but some must be true which makes it outstanding how many times we fail to get a transfer over the line. We seem to drag our feet for weeks then panic buy in the last few days.

Just seen a rumour on twitter that we're going in for him again? Makes no sense as I thought we'd already agreed a price with Atlanta but the player wasn't keen. Hope we're not just gonna do our usual trick of offering a stupid wage to get him to sign.
