Firstly, that article was pre-deadline day & possibly more importantly, despite Chelsea's lack of options up front, he wasn't even on the bench for them yesterday.

Bexley Dave Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing! "The most arrogant, obnoxious bunch of deluded little sun tanned, loafer wearing mummy's boys I've ever had the misfortune of having to listen to" (Burnley forum) |

Not directly - he just wants to play. Yet again, last night he wasn't anywhere near the team despite their deficiencies & looked like he was only on the bench because most of the squad were too. He proved with us that he can score in what would be deemed a 'struggling' side last season yet Abraham gets the nod. I can't help but think it's a waste & half expect to see him loaned to a European club before their window shuts.

Rare cameo appearances for half the season then back to Selhurst on Loan in January please! Luvverly
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

He'll be 26 by January. I can't see him making it at Chelsea now and i'd expect them to make a big signing striker next summer, especially if they qualify for CL. We'll probably overpay for him and he'll score a few goals but fail to lead the line well. Another Gayle
