Apparently news spread at final whistle that their day out had finished and they had to go back to Birmingham. I’d of kicked off if someone told me that.

If you look at it clearly it all centres around one man in Villa colours who gets hold of a Police baton and chucks it onto the pitch ..also it appears he is being punched by Villa fans beforehand and falls over, very weird. Edited by Tickled pink (02 Sep 2019 10.35pm)

Obviously I am only going by the footage, it looks disproportionate to what seems to be going on. The villa fan who is already restrained seems to be hit over and over with the baton when there seemed no need for it. Edited by Dean_CPFC (02 Sep 2019 9.15pm) I would say that a handful of baton strikes to a group of violent people is more than justifiable.. confronted by an angry and clearly violent crowd who are attacking people what bit is disproportionate to you? I’m not trying to be awkward I’m genuinely interested to know..
Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |

No worries I agree it's hard to judge fairly without the context, you would assume there will be a proper investigation into the incidents
