I generally ignored a silly comment. Seeing as I believe people can learn from past decisions, improve and get better at their job.

Much like Ayew seems to have improved, Delaney was written off, Zaha after Man U and much like the ethos of palace being great at giving people a chance to improve after what may seem like failure.

I worked in Derry’s house. The stairs were covered etc, the house was ready to go , but the pictures were still up, one of them A full length picture of him naked facing away from the camera looking out of a window. I took it down , the next day it was back on the hook, with a house full of builders? F*cking weird.

I don't know why but I imagine Neil Shipperley, also naked except for a beret, painting this picture.
