Been to a few home games this season and scanned my season card on the new scanners, when buying flat San Miquel. Don't seem to be getting the loyalty points.

At Everton game I was told system was down, but double points would be given for Villa game to compensate. Neither seem to have been added.

I don’t think any concourse purchases have been added all season. I take it the Club are aware of the system not working.

I think that everyones Loyalty points have been secretly stored into 'Strikers Fund'.
