May I add my own thoughts to this in reply?

I would see a proper national inquiry into the grooming scandal to avoid it happening to other children, rather than see another Palace game ever.

That is most likely what will happen once the various court cases have all worked their way through the system. Until then we need to all be patient and allow the Police and all others involved to do their work.

If your moral objection to TR as a person is stronger than your moral disgust as to what happened to these girls then you either need to take a hard look in the mirror or make a greater effort to understand what happened and why. It would seem to me to be the biggest scandal in the history of this country or can you name one that's bigger?

My objection to "Robinson" goes well beyond any moral considerations. It's that his actions have made things worse and not better, and interfered with, or threatened to interfere with, legal proceedings. He has exploited the misery caused to children and their parents in order to pursue his wider anti-Muslim agenda. If that alone is no enough for every decent person to condemn him he has personally profited from this and as a consequence lives a luxurious lifestyle, temporarily interrupted by short spells in prison where his notoriety costs us all by the need to keep him separated from others.

Who else but TR in the public sphere has been willing to speak out about this? I can't see that's been in his own personal interest given the prison sentences, death threats etc.

Others have the common sense to hold their tongues and pens and allow the forces of law and order to deal with criminal activity. If publicity would help their cases then the Police would request it.

Is it possible you are just believing what you are told? The "Yaxley-Lennon" thing (which is news to nobody) would suggest you are just parroting what you see as a socially acceptable mainstream line on this.

Is it possible that you are just believing what you have been told?

Yes, part of his wider anti-Muslim agenda is highlighting the twenty or thirty or so other cases that are currently being investigated too. I mean why bother? When there are hundreds of perpetrators and thousands of victims best to keep quiet isn't it? Nothing to see here - state apparatus clearly working well.

Would you rather those cases be investigated, and then prosecuted, without the criminal's lawyers being handed a defence that no impartial jury can be found, or that their defence has been compromised by the adverse publicity?

There have to be reasons why these cases are kept under the radar. Probably because of interlinking and the need to keep the accused in the dark for as long as possible. We just need to be patient and stop thinking we know better than those whose job it is to deal with it.

I may be reading this wrong but You seem to be saying that the facts of the case would be trumped by the fact that theyre muslim.
Colour and belief would not be used.
Raping girls whatever your race or colour or religeon is exactly what it is.
I would hope the court would look past this.
If not then we still have the fear of being maligned as a racist affecting justice.
As has been the reason it has gone on for so long without investigation.

A justice system corrupt enough to convict Robinson over nothing has no issue waving away the nonsense partiality concerns of lawyers representing Pedo rape gang suspects.

And indeed, that's exactly what they did.....The judge who sentenced Robinson said that he hadn't damaged the trial and convicted them.

Yet you won't hear that from apologists.

The idea that our justice system is corrupt is so transparently untrue to anyone who has any experience of it that it is a pretty scurrilous thing to suggest. It is the very basis of our civilised society.

Never let the truth get in the way of your political views seems to be the mantra of some here.

When Robinson was first convicted in May 2018 the Judge said "If jurors get to know of this video, I will no doubt be faced with an application to discharge the jury."

At the 2019 trial he was convicted of committing contempt by breaking reporting restrictions. Two High Court judges found his conduct "amounted to a serious interference with the administration of justice".

I think it is fair to assume that they thought he was guilty of an offence and I prefer to trust their opinion than that of anyone with an open political bias.

Tell that to Stephen Lawrence's family I'm sure they'd have different view than your white than white view of our justice system

There is a world of difference between a system being corrupt and mistakes being made, or individuals being corrupted.

The measure of the system is how it deals with such things when they occur, which they are bound to in an imperfect world from time to time.

Robinson was found guilty of contempt of court for doing what the so-called MSM do every day of the week. If it had been a jury trial he might have got justice.

Exactly why it wasn't. A telling off would have sufficed but instead the Taxpayer has just paid several million for a few weeks solitary for a person that believes enough in something to speak out. Any normal person can understand wanting to confront peados I would have thought. Most wouldn't do it; Robinson did.
I want to say something about this Yaxley-Lennon thing too. If Robinson wants to be known as something other than his given name, then that's his choice.
People do it all the time but apparently he is definitely untrustworthy because of it.
I will say this - if a transgender person changes identity then they are legally to be known as that. If I call them their old name then I am bigoted. Another one rule for them - and one for another, whenever it suits.

Play the above scenario back in your head with the assumption that the Judiciary *is* corrupt.

Your only argument seems to be that for some reason it simply can't be.

Do you also believe the universities are not overtly biased? what about the Police or the mainstream media? To ignore what's going on right now you either have to not be paying attention (given you numerous posts I doubt that) or the current state of affairs suits your own political bias.

What happens when they turn against you?
