You make it sound like Labour Remainers have no will of their own.
They are blocking an election, blocking no deal, will block any deal and reject a second Referendum win for Leave.
In short, the problem is Labour Remainers and they must be taken out of the equation so we can realise Brexit.

Yes we voted to leave in 2016 and nothing has changed. The people have spoken and Parliament must deliver no matter what.

Also it would be wrong to say that the problem is recalcitrant labour remainers. It is a passionately anti no deal parliament.

Chaps get with it. While brexit dominates, 2 party politics is dead. Remember, Corbyn is a leaver as are most labour grassroots supporters in the midlands and north. Uncertainty makes the story... more interesting.

I don't think that's right.

There were three votes on May's deal.....Johnson, Mogg, Gove all voted for the last one......Labour and the opposition voted against on all three 'deal' brexits.

The country voted 51.9 percent to leave....Yet only 25 percent of MPs did.

That's why we are here now.....those simple facts.

Not really a 'leaver' in the sense that changes would matter.
He would be happy to keep the status quo on most things.
Not really leaving if the EU still control trade etc.
After the election it will be 1 party politics.

Cameron "sorry about referendum "
Why?
Because it highlights that we can't leave the EU?
Because we didn't vote how e expected,?
Because it shows how bad our government are.

Our politicians are a joke.

Nearly two thirds of constituencies were leave - the spread and subsequent inertia is damning on Parliament.

I just don't get this want of a second referendum.
What are they proposing to do if we vote leave that they can't do now?

You are wrong on that one sunshine. As ALWAYS you come out with a load of bull$hit just to satisfy your one sided view. It is quite obvious you have scoured the net for some text to copy and paste yourself just to prove your point.
READ the whole Lisbon treaty as others on here have and you will see it ties us down over the years as some of it has already and will continue to do so. Hence the reason a majority voted to get out of the EU.

Ok, below is a link to the treaty itself, which I won't pretend to have read in it's entirety as it's long and highly technical. I have scanned it and then read a summary, as I suspect most people have. I am not pretending to have done anything other than copy and paste references.

You claim to have read it all. So please identify in the text where it says the very specific things you claim it says:-

The problem is nothing of the sort. It's not "Labour Remainers" at all. It's Parliament as a whole not being satisfied that the arrangements so far negotiated on how we exit provide us all with a safe and secure way to do so.

The problem is that we now have a government which refuses to acknowledge that.

What happens beyond that is an open question. The 2016 referendum is now history. That some, like you, believe it's consequences mean we must leave the EU whatever the method or cost, is not shared by everyone. Whether you constitute a majority will probably have to be determined at some time.

If you have not read it completely as you have said then I suggest you do read it and not ask me pinpoint the bits you cannot comprehend. You are on these boards to make out that you are bright and intelligent and above all others. I have noticed however other posters have noticed like me that you are a "know it all".
Use what is between your ears and read the whole thing as I have and then come back with your take on it. Other people have understood what the Lisbon treaty is all about why cannot you ??????

Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky.

I have both scanned it and read a detailed summary. I can find nothing that even comes close to supporting the claims that you made.

The treaty is full of legal language so a comprehensive summary of it's implications would generally be regarded as the intelligent way to appreciate what it means.

However as you claim to have read it all let's test that. I am not claiming to. I am challenging you to prove you have because from the tone of your replies I suspect that claim is bs.

If what you claim is there then point out where. You have read it! It cannot be difficult.

If you cannot do that, or try to find an excuse as to why you won't, I will assume, with some justification, that my suspicions are correct.
