For some unfathomable reason, people persist in needing and believing that someone, often a complete dickhead, is going to solve all their problems, no matter how ridiculous. Of course Hitler comes to mind, but at least Germans had serious problems. Nowadays they just make it all up. Like those we recognise as dictators they just ignore the electors anyway and are frequently not elected. But the public just roll over can't face that they have been had again. Until the next liar comes along for them to hero-worship.

Of course Hitler comes to mind, but at least Germans had serious problems.

Nowadays they just make it all up.

Like those we recognise as dictators they just ignore the electors anyway and are frequently not elected.

But the public just roll over can't face that they have been had again.

Until the next liar comes along for them to hero-worship.
