Not sure what's new - we've known for a while Blitzer and Harris wanted out.

I saw this earlier today it doesn’t say anything we don’t already know that the club is up for sale, it says it’s not from the club but like you I hope something will happens soon.

I believe Tux & Willo are making a joint bid of Bitcoins from Tux & Willo's Esso World Cup 1970 Coin Collection

This only details the conditions of what the Americans want to sell, nothing about an actual buyer. Doubt anything's actually imminent as much as I'd like it to be

The interesting bit to me is from the wording it seems like Parish wants out too

I think Tux will end up as the major shareholder!

Zenith!
That rings a bell.
Maybe it's a sign.
Like the juniper bushes

My reading is the opposite as it says that up to 90% is for sale which implies that Parish wants to hang on to a shareholding which is why I don't think he will find a buyer.

No wealthy buyer will pay that amount for a shareholding and pump tens of millions into the club on top of that without having complete control

It's a fairly specific document, so I would say this is a very determined effort by them to get shot of us from their portfolio.

We need it done ASAP because I'm sure they'll be reluctant to sanction spending of any sort while they remain. I'm not saying they'll be outright 'no' but they're sure to add a big time layer.

Personally, I think they signed Benteke and Sakho. And I think those were two gargantuan mistakes.

If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities.

You don't need 100% for complete control, 51% will give you compete control, you can't then be out voted for anything you want to do, I once had 49% of a company, apart from dividends it might as well have been 1% and I didn't have a say in the amount of dividends.

True but if a new investor provides enough cash to rebuild the stadium and buy a team good enough for a place in Europe the value of the club will soar and with it the value of the minority shareholding

Can you go to the brexit thread and post these as facts.
