Can't see either of them wanting to come here. More likely be palmed off with Moses and Giroud

PLease.. Ive seen some pie in the sky on here .....but seriously this takes the biscuit. We will fall like buzz light year come xmas to about 14th. I'd love to follow the eagles across europe but it aint gonna happen next year and Thats what WILF really wants COYP

Why so negative, 9 away wins in our last 14, 4th in the table in the last 26 games, many teams under performing, this is a terrific opportunity.

This!
Basically there must be some truth In the story and have evidence to back up their article otherwise Wilf can simply sue as it’s clear defamatory libel.
A little bit like Meghan has sued the Daily Mail for publishing a story on her that she claims wasn’t true, If it goes to court it’s simple, if the mail produce evidence justifying their story then she is likely to lose and pay their legal costs defending the claim, however if they can’t produce anything to substantiate what they wrote then they lose and an order for her costs along with damages is levied.
The bottom line is recently the press have really tightened up on what they publish in fear of legal proceedings and it all stems from the News of the world’s feelings and subsequent closure.
So therefore Wilfs PR team would get him to tweet something like he did so 95% of his followers and fans believe him which has clearly happened here.

In other words if he got caught speeding there is no law against him ‘tweeting just been caught speeding but I wasn’t’ And again the majority of his followers would believe him.

Also a bit like this rat Rebecca Vardy, she is claiming she’s innocent about selling stories to the papers about Coleen Rooney so of course she is going to tweet that she didn’t do it, so her followers believe it!

But if that was true and her name has been damaged by The newspapers by printing false accusations she is at liberty to sue them for libel and win a pretty substantial payout but ask yourself, do you think she would do that?

Finally, the word newspaper talk like Crystal Palace are interested in signing Lionel Messi, the paper wouldn’t be sued because there is no accusation or tarnishing of someone’s name.

Just trying to be realistic, when teams start performing and we mess up, the table will level out a bit and we will be lower down.
We are a mid table club at the mo. We normally improve in the second half of the season but is that down to other teams losing their grip or is it that we get some loanees in and they improve our performances.

Both of which are quality players that would walk straight into our 11....

It will all depend on where we are after these next 5 games. If we are still hovering around the top 7 or 8 then its definitely a plausible possibility.. However, its also very likely that we pick up minimal points and end up in the bottom 6 after these games.

They would get a subs appearance for two minutes after about a month or two. Roy doesn't like to rush new blood in.

So you're believing what Coleen 'Sherlock' Rooney tweeted but not what Rebekah Vardy tweeted?

More likely what's happenned here is that Coleen Rooney's accounts been hacked, so a Journo can see all of her posts!
not gonna lie would love that to be the case.

Let’s face it Wilf has not turned up this season.
Whether it’s anything to do with wanting away and not getting his wish I don’t know.
If any other player at the club was putting in this level of performance he would be fighting for his place.
However, he can be so exceptional that he can’t realistically be left out in the absence of a viable replacement.

I think the order and timing of things happening in his career are a factor. If he’s stayed at Palace for 2 or 3 seasons from promotion and then left then he’d have been better off, but we might’ve been relegated. Or if just David Moyes was never manager of Man U. But yes, currently he’s seriously overrated and I don’t have any anticipation when he gets the ball now. I’d rather just see him cross it early whenever possible, and we can get that from someone else. I guess that’s a benefit of Roy’s industrious and methodical system, but then Roy won’t manage forever, which is a bit of relief if you find it boring like me. Another but and that’s that we’ll need new owners without a Roy to prop up this shower of ownership.

Seeing Raheem Stirling nullify Zaha on that one on one on motd really showed the difference in ability between the top and near the top of the premier League and Zaha’s ability and being a big fish in a small pond. He might be Arsenal level but I now think people should get realistic that he’s not Chelsea level. Look at how productive Hudson Odoi is compared to Wilf. Wilf is a bottom half or mid table player, possibly a bit more, but not top 4 or 6 I doubt. Certainly not worth £80-100 million and I doubt any watching will disagree. 27 or whatever, a bit meh and £80+ mil? Unlikely.
