Hometown decision there.
Closer than the hudges had it for sure.
Ryder made Smith look bad.

Had Ryder by 1 round.

Understand scoring is subjective but those scores were bullsh@t.
As per usual the house fighter won.

Wilder certainly over relies on his one punch power, but it's hard to argue with the strategy based on results. It was all old man Ortiz until the KO. I had him winning every round.

Absolutely... it was all Ortiz who I must say was very impressive... But the poor sod never saw that right hand coming!! He was dribbling like a baby!!

We all know that technically Wilder is poor but in this division there’s know denying if he catches you with that right hand it’s game over!!

Must say though for people like Dillian Whyte and a few others they should fight Ortiz... He may be 40 but that man can box!!

If Fury v Wilder 2 happens I see fury winning.

I think technically fury is brilliant.

For me he won their first fight by 3 maybe 4 rounds.

I agree but unfortunately in the States, because Wilder won’t leave there he’s gonna have to knock Wilder out and that won’t happen... Fury is technically the best heavyweight out there but he can’t actually dig very hard for the size he is..

Boxing judges.
At the Olympics next year not a single judge or ref from the last games will be there as they were so , what's the word, corrupt.
Thats just the Olympics.
Pro game and the money on offer, it's no wonder we see the scores we do.

I was willing Ortiz to get to his feet Tyson Fury style, since it was at the very end if the round. Though admittedly I don't think he'd have been with it for a good while after that.

Yes Wilder is technically nothing to write home about, and so that will again be the big plus for Fury in the rematch. Wilder has one approach, but when your first trick is that good, you'll often not need a second.

Wilder is almost rewriting heavyweight boxing.

He has bang average skills but with that power it just doesn’t matter.

He knows when he catches you that’s it.

Exciting times to be a heavyweight. Bring it in.

All three judges had Ortiz up.

58-56, 59-55, and 59-55.

Saw 1 tweet that said wilder only won 11 seconds of the fight. Punch and count.
