Is it safe to say that democracy which is promoted worldwide is the worst form of government? It has so many flaws and is arguably the instigator to all future and present problems in world and domestic politics.

Churchill saw the flaws the problem is what do you replace it with.

Any form of government will ultimately be by a group of people, elites if you like. No matter how well intentioned they are if you cannot get rid of them eventually they will become corrupt.

My solution if for more democracy not less. I like the Swiss model where they have referendums all the time. If we had that to avoid being defeated the politicians would have to live up to their promises.

I think this requires more nuance than that. There are many voting systems and types of government that can be labelled democratic - some more democratic than others perhaps. In the original Greek democracy only a few male citizens voted, whilst most people were slaves.
Of course, the obvious question is - what are the alternatives? Communism, dictatorship, absolutist monarchy? I could probably write a 100 page thesis here, so probably best I stop there. I'm sure you understand my points.

Both fascism and communism are making a comeback....though in genuinely different forms.

They are both getting the old bands back together....though the commies have a long head start.

Communism and Fascism are always diametrically opposed, which I find ironic because when you look at many of the outcomes for the people living under the system, they are relatively similar.
The main issue with fascism is that it really means very little. A fasces was a bunch of sticks around an axe carried by a Roman judge. Simply latched onto by Mussolini.

But democracy is now all over the world. In Africa we kind of hate democracy but dare not challenge it openly or get whacked. The 'voting' varients sounds way too fake for my liking. In Europe surely the original governments were monarchs (real leaders). As long as the leaders are rightous to the people they serve in their realms/nations I am sure people would be happy to sacrifice the 'freedoms' democratic systems of governments claims to offer. Plus the media thrives in democratic systems of governance and continues to lie to people look at Brexit manipulation

Fair play. Not really a fan of Churchill to be honest but he is a great England hero of WW2 so ok

Yeah I think it's between corporate dominance and communism not too sure about fascism. Surely we could blame the democratic system that was meant as a means to shape a world and bring world communism to Europe and North America before the whole world? Something that would never happen easily if the West had strong, real leaders (monarchs minus the religion dominance though)

I guess you have some kind of a point there. Nevertheless, Britain and the USA and arguably France were at their greatest whilst still being democratic.
Perhaps the form of democracy, in places like Britain, has largely served its purpose/ gone past its sell by date. Perhaps an overhaul is required?
My idea would be to make manifestos a legally binding contract. Promises would have to be delivered within a certain time frame or a new election be held. That would stop the false promises and outright lies.
I would also suggest that new parties will evolve that better represent what people want - or at least purport to.

Communism and Fascism both share statism and militarism.

Their most obvious separation point is that one focuses on class and the other race......though obviously those are broad strokes.

This may because Millennials/Gen Zers don't have anything/earn anything.

Once they get older and therefore start earning well and see how much tax they have to pay they then soon start to jump into the capitalist camp.
