Such a term applies only to great thinkers and Johnson is a thinking lightweight. Having had a privileged education and the opportunity to study the classics doesn't make you a thinker. He's what you'd expect from someone who was raised as part of a class system where he was born to lead. I wouldn't say he's anti or pro anything or anyone other than himself. Sometimes that may align with the interests of others though. By which I mean that in terms of 'getting brexit done', he's the only show in town, so is fit for purpose at least.
