I am shocked that I am the first person to comment here on Anthony Taylor's performance last night...

Don't let the fact that we won gloss over his performance. It is irrelevant that we managed to win the game. He awful, entirely inept.

From the first time I saw him officiate a Palace game (vs. Sheffield Utd in 2010 when he sent off Garvan for arguing against a mistaken penalty) to his decision to give Watford's Capoue a yellow when he deliberately raked Zaha's Achilles (to name but two), it is patently clear that he has a dislike for us.

His willingness to send Sakho off (justified as it probably was), yet allow equally dangerous challenges against us (i.e. Billing's elbow on Ayew's head, constant fouls on Zaha) go unpunished typifies his behaviour. He doesn't miss an opportunity to screw us. He is a nefarious man. I sincerely hope we never have the misfortune of having him ref our games, although it obviously won't happen ...

Completely agree.

I've always felt harsh done by when he is in the middle and last night he was awful.

I don't think Sakho should have been a red card but unfortunately by the letter of the law these days it probably is - ref was thrilled to pull it out.

I think we had something like 6 fouls to their 15 last night and we ended up with several yellows and a red whilst they only got one yellow.

Witnessed numerous fouls on both WIlf and Ayew where he seemed happy to play on and although like most football fans I like to think the referee is against us always, it really did feel like 12 vs 10 and that was one of the sweetest victories for me at home since Chelsea 2-1 I think in spite of that.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!
