The USA guys are hoping with the debt gone or massively reduced thanks to the AWB, the small playing squad after the clear out this summer, and more high earners coming to the end of their high paid contracts that Palace represent quite a clean slate to invest on. A couple of places higher will get a �2m a position so five places gets you a nice �10m but who can you buy for �10m to delivery that increase in quality? As someone else stated if Joelington has �30m still to pay off in transfer fees and is on �100k a week for years that is going to put investors off. The Longstaff boys are what will bring them in - and the size of their ground.
