He did his best work when he came inside and linked up well with Wilf. I'd like to see him get a chance in the middle of the pitch as he is a really good passer. Wasn't really tested by Saints as a fullback, which is odd given his lack of game time.

The more he plays the better he'll get.
The boy's a class act for not chucking his toys out the pram and getting on with it and I hope he gets a good run in the side because I have a feeling this boy could be a diamond.

Second that! Would like to see all of Camarasa, Meyer and Riedewald playing - at the same time.

Haha, the boys a class act for suffering a large salary he wouldn’t get anywhere else! However I agree he needs more game time and he looks ok. Still looks a bit unfit to me though, perhaps it is just game time he needs.

All Dutch Players are really good Technically... they can usually play in a few positions and he deserves a bit of a run in the side... he is a great passer of the ball .. think he could become a really useful player for the team....I really like him..!

I agree

The issue I see is he could be to good which at times it looked like he was expecting people to link up with him and pass then move but other players just look like they dont have the brain.

Stick him in a better team he would fit right in I think this is why roy doesnt like him he wants very rigid play.

‘He could be to good?’ Is this a f*cking joke?

He certainly wasn’t to good the last 2 years in training , when he hasn’t always got in the match day squads let alone the team.
He definitely wasn’t to good when he got his chance this season against Colchester. He was to bad. Actually stood out as being sh*t, in that joke of a game.
A decent block against West Ham doesn’t make him Pirlo.

So you agree with me then?

Yes I agree with you as a footballer, however he does attract a salary at Palace that he would probably not achieve anywhere else, so showing a professional streak and not throwing toys out the pram when not playing may be financially inspired, rather than a personal character trait.

That is a possibility.

I remember Charlie Cooke many decades ago who's footballing brain was far superior to his team mates and he had a similar problem
