With only two PL loans allowed (I think?) which one of KWP and Bats would we be looking to buy? Also, with Roy saying all purchases will be first-team potentialists, does this also apply to the 18-year-old? (is this the France-based fullback the papers have been linking us to?) My understanding is that PL clubs are not allowed to sign more than 2 players on loan at any one time from other PL clubs.

That is correct walker Peters will be loan to buy in summer as Palace will either have Zaha & another years worth of income to spend or new owners. Bats will be a permanent signing if it happens by end of jan this will be the 25m they got from selling Wan Bisakka which they got from the bank a few months ago. Afternoon all hopefully I have appeased some of the doubters now that Tosun has signed. Kyle Walker Peters will become the 2nd one in early next week. Batsman still very much on the card but towards end of window. Wickham going to Sheffield Wednesday. Young 18 year old left back will be 3rd signing. Yes he is primarily a finisher and not that great at hold up play either. Chelsea have only deemed him worthy of 4 league starts and I think we struck lucky last season. He is already 26 - though of course that would make him a youngster on our team. Unless both Benteke and Wickham are moved on, I think they will see how Tosun pans out the rest of the year
