It's completely and utterly deluded. It would require a one world government.....so essentially communism.....which is itself kept in place via repression and violence. This is one of the problems with the modern day left....It's Leninism with added John Lennonism.....They literally base beliefs on song lyrics. John Lennon wanted world peace but he also wanted to beat his wives up. He only ended up implementing one of those policies.
