Perhaps Man City will get relegated for having cheated for the last three seasons - and save us.

Now there is a thought! What’s the betting they get away with it. The big boys club will look after them.

Perhaps 10 points won't be required. Spurs've just done us a favour with a last second winner against Villa.

A win next week against the Geordies would be so precious.

I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything.

Agreed, some pundits are even suggesting that 36 points may be enough.
Some good results this weekend, resulting in losses for teams just above and below us and hopefully,City will beat W.Ham on Wednesday, keeping them on track for the drop.

Felt very down after last weeks loss to Everton but Southampton Newcastle and Villa all lost fingers crossed West Ham loss on Wednesday then things are very much in our hands we have a chance and a long time supporter it is not the Palace way to things easily.

Let's try and put this into some sort of perspective. We have 12 games to play of which 6 are against top ten teams (3 home 3 away). let's compare that with the teams below us

Norwich: 12 to play, 8 vs top ten (2 home 6 away)
Villa: 13 to play, 9 vs top ten (6 home 3 away)
Bournemouth: 12 to play, 8 vs top ten (3 home 5 away)
West Ham: 13 to play, 7 vs top ten (2 home 5 away)
Brighton: 12 to play, 7 vs top ten (4 home 3 away)
Watford: 12 to play, 6 vs top ten, 3 home 3 away)

Norwich, Bournemouth and West Ham have 16 away matches against top 10 teams between them. They have a mountain to climb!

When top ten becomes safe and not challenging for anything that all changes.

I expect nothing less than relegation form from now til the end. I still think we will survive even with that form.

We can bombard these pages with stat upon stat, lowest scorers, lowest chances made per a game to the fewest top 10 games for the final run in.

One thing I'm sure of, its gonna be one helluva a squeaky bum of a ride in.

This will be our most comfortable finish to a season yet, Newcastle missing some key players, there is no reason why we can’t pick up 3 points, I actually don’t think we played that badly in our last 2 matches. West Ham have Liverpool away, Watford have Man Utd away, 9 points clear with a better goal difference with only 11 games left.

A lighthouse of joy awash with positivity.Of course I dearly hope that your prediction comes to fruition.

Alas I am not so positive about our prospects but I am a glumbucket and been predicting relegation season-on-season.
