I agree Willo. He has done nothing wrong (and in fact a lot right) so deserves to keep his place.

Everybody has overlooked big Claude. Someone like him on Saturday putting one on Deeney would have helped to lift the spirits.

Andy Linighan played over 100 games at the end of his career for us, bit like Cahill played for a bigger club only to move on a free at the end.

George Burley signed him on loan from Hull, then Freedman signed him on a permanent deal from that club.

He was very fleet of foot and was a renowned sprinter when at school.
He actually started off as a striker in the youth team at Port Vale before he was converted into a defender.

I believe he still plays (in between suspensions).

Not the happiest of outcomes but I was a big fan of Steve Vickers whilst he was at Palace.

I thought that Andy Linighan did a good job for us at a tough time.

Not such a fan of Ruddock.

I would loved us to have signed Brede Hangeland 5 years earlier. He was awesome then

He helped keep us in the Premier League which seemed miraculous at the time.

It was Hodgson who signed Hangeland for Fulham from FC Copenhagen.

He trained hard - I believe he said that at our club he was the first to arrive in the morning and the last to leave in the afternoon.
He was surprisingly comfortable and assured on the ball in tight areas for such a big defender but he was known for his never-give-up attitude.
