I posted this on another thread and as a consequence somebody who needs to go to Specsavers seems to think it means that I have suggested that it's been said on here that "the majority of Muslims are for grooming gangs?" "What is really disingenuous is to believe that because it might be obvious to some that the majority of Muslims are against this, that this is obvious to all, or even most, people when it clearly isn't. You have only to read some of the comments here to know that it is untrue. Islamophobia is real and it is being encouraged by the headline writers in the gutter press and the likes of "Robinson". Now read it again and consider it carefully. There is a big difference between people SAYING that the majority of Muslims support the gangs and realising, from their comments, that that is what they believe. What I have come to realise is that there are several people here who are Islamophobes. They may well be in denial of that but that they are seems clear to me. They will doubtless disagree but that's the nature of being in denial. I will doubtless be accused of many things as a consequence but that is also just par for the course on this particular site, which only permits turns to the right.
For the avoidance of doubt any comments in response to a previous post are directed to its ideas and not at any, or all, posters personally. |
