I think some people get over-hyped on Guaita.

IMO he's the best keeper we have had in years and a noticeable improvement on WH. It is nice to be able to relax about the GK position as provided he doesn't get injured we're well and truly sorted there.

As for best keeper in the league, I think that's a bit of a stretch.

These sentiments have my seal of approval.

Liverpool have Alisson, Man C have Ederson, Tottenham have Lloris, Wolves have Patricio, Man Utd have De Gea, Arsenal have Leno, Everton have Pickford,Sheff Utd have Henderson etc.
Do you honestly think there is any chance of Guaita displacing these goalkeepers and playing on a regular basis, as good as he is ?

The only top club you left out is Chelsea and they ere looking to replace theirs. However I'm sure that a lot of Spanish clubs will have noticed VG's performances so you never know. Do you think we could keep him if Real or Barca made a bid in the summer?.

I will be very surprised if Real Madrid or Barcelona bid for Guaita to replace their current No 1s.
Guaita did well for Getafe before we signed him, so Spanish clubs would have noted his performances in Spain.

Some might deem that Guaita is not above the likes of Pope and Henderson.
Ben Foster has been good for Watford this season.

Have to agree with this... I think Foster is a superb goalkeeper... He’s got better with age... I would have him ahead of Pickford in the England team all day long

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

Shot-stopping is Foster's strength but he can also kick the ball a long distance.
In terms of dealing with an opponent who advances on him, he keeps low so if the player goes around him he is adept at getting back and ensuring it is difficult for them to score.

Has an obsession with cycling and in the distant past was a chef at Cafe Rouge in Leamington Spa.

Roy Hodgson signed him on loan for WBA from Birmingham and Foster went on to sign a permanent deal when Hodgson's successor Steve Clarke was manager.

Some very good saves like on Saturday from Deeney and doesn't seem to be beaten at his near post like he often was last season. However the Sheff Utd clanger cost us points and if WH had done that people on here would still be ripping him to shreds about it. In my opinion we have two decent keepers and I don't mind which plays (WH was MOTM against Man City).

Would probably be in the relegation zone if flapper was in goal this season.
Guaita is quality. Levels and levels and levels above Hennessy.

Yeah I can’t believe people compare the two.

I love Vicente and if his passing were better he'd be world class

Always thought Jack Butland would be England keeper he'd easily see off Pickford and Foster in my book, injury obviously killed him, Pickford makes too many mistakes, Foster looked lost didn't he, is there anyone else?

That Delph goal at Villa sadly did Hennesey in, Pardew didn't help lol.
