Ha....a holding pen for unconvicted felons? Sounds like you had it easy.

When someone uses the word jealous when they mean envious an unseen hand should reach through the clouds to their location and deliver them a single sharp slap to the boat race.

It was easy. Never did a hand’s turn. Just got on with my colouring in and then left.

Sounds like heaven. We called the headmaster Fagin.

The headmaster before I got there rejoiced in the name of Dr. Badcock. What joy his daily life must have been.

I don't know why you say that. If you look up "jealous" in the Oxford Concise English dictionary, it gives as one definition "envious". Or have I missed some subtle point?

Massively middle class. Just like most people including Keir Starmer. Nowt wrong with that. What annoys me is when the Labour Party bangs on and on about we are here for the Working Class. A whole 14% of British society.

I took my 11+ at Ashburton Juniors if that makes you feel better though.

God, how depressing....they obviously gave in to the endless dumbing down of society.

Go and find out the difference.

I'll give you a clue though, a 'jealous god', is not an envious one.

Yes they did, but the middle classes also played their part in destroying it for purposes of advantage.

In the end its purpose for social mobility became a joke.

I have a medal for my school goalkeeping somewhere.

PE teacher didn't like me though, he was a nasty piece of work.
