But when DC drove up to Durham, the public alarm was at its peak. Tomorrow there’s some more stuff on him driving up again and being seen in Durham. There would have to be photo proof for me to acknowledge it. I think he went up there with his wife and son so he wasn’t couped up in his London property. His parents’ huge place probably has separate wings and acres of grounds. I’d prefer them all out and get Sunak in. He’s challenging them on this prolonged lockdown.

Oh how The Mirror have played this beautifully. Sitting on this second story and letting the entire cabinet make absolute fools of themselves. There must be some absolute fuming MPs out there right now.

We all know why the left hate Cummings so much. It's precisely why he's going nowhere. In a situation where Johnson did sack him Johnson would literally be in danger from a significant branch of the party himself....there would be internal warfare.
