If it"s a CON involved it"s just "business" Maple, you should know that by now! (and if it saves the CON donor £40 million, it"s great business! Drinks all round, well, not all round, but some people in CON club have done very nicely, very nicely indeed!

I doubt anybody really trusts the CONS , anyone with any sense knows they"re "at it", just they prefer an old etonian type to be making good then someone from a rival party to the blu noses, it all goes back to knowing your place in society, cap tipping, nobody on here, bar a few, will begrudge a CON making good with a good lunch and a heavy brown bag as a token of gratitude!

I dont think it's even that it's more so there is no credible alternative to vote for at the moment maybe starmer can be the man that being said I don't think that Torys are evil either I understand that all politicians or powerful people do s*** like this all the time it's not unique to conservatives.

Yeah, i was going to post that bit to mate but couldn"t be bothered in the end, everyone"s "at it" in power, it"s just on here, more would sweep it under the carpet if it"s a CON, but go to town if it was any other party, but i agree, not all cons are useless or bad ! A nd not all "others" are honest and good!

until labour can prove to me they can form a credible government I'm with johnson. Honestly fed up with the gotcha identity child politics the opposition and its supporters are playing it's sad really and until they drop this victimhood act they're gonna keep losing the Tories do it to but the Tories are already in power it dont make a difference if they do it or dont.

I thought we had a housing shortage or is that just more hype. 1500 homes is great I would think. Yes I get the point but getting roofs over peoples heads is important. Now those potential properties ain't being built because the councillors seem bias was involved. Red or blue this isnt a good decision imho.

I have posted that starmer needs to get a grip on the momentum far left of the party. He is a good orator and a clever guy but will be ground to a pulp from inside if he doesnt. I think he has had a normal life so actually gets it but wont be very useful to the majority if he goes the way of corbyn.

I agree but Momentum and the Unions are very powerful and influential. Reasons why Labour got annihilated in last election imo

He really needs to actually be a bit like boris, not in his views but a bit more ruthless and take a chance or two. Backing the favourite every time wont get you success.
