Apparently this is our new counter terrorism strategy the police and mainstream media no longer refer to Islamic extremists but a person suffering from mental health issues. I hear the new strategy is working really well the number of terrorists incidents are down sharply unfortunately the number of incidents of violence caused by mental health issues has sadly increased. The government has promised to look into reasons behind the sharp increase in mental health issues. Update: I know everyone loves a re-brand but this may not be the best idea. It was being used while they have extra capacity due to the virus.

Ah yes I believe they were moved to a hotel whilst their accommodation being refurbished ( very nice too). Some years ago when we took loads from Sangatte, some were accommodated in a 4 star hotel near Gatwick. By the time they had been rehoused the hotel was trashed, female staff had been abused. Some of these impoverished “refugees” sure know to show their appreciation

Yeah, turns out he was mentally ill, warnings about his behaviour on thursday night, not terror as you stated, just suprising how many jumped on the terror thing straight away, on the media i mean, even bbc and sky within half hour.I did wonder if it could be a right wing terrorist attack, as it was asylum seekers in hotel, and glasgow march today, but didnt say anything, glad i didn"t.

Just it wasn"t terror related, we don"t know what colour the victims or bloke were, but we do know joe cox and her right wing terrorist murderer were white, and bloke was mentally ill.

The reason he was here is another matter, no idea why, but the fact he got here is irrelevant when questioning his mental health, mental illness can appear whenever, he might have been ok then but got ill after.

My original point was that the media and few posters were all on the terrorist thing straight away, when it turned out it was anything but, and i can"t help feeling some will be disappointed it wasn"t, as they might like to "stir the pot", so to speak!
