After talks with the EU are complete the abolition of the Uman Rights charter is next.

Before Blair this country had perfectly good laws and courts that protected our rights. I don't remember feeling oppressed or discriminated against.

The EU Convention On Human Rights was a tactic by the West to embarrass the communists however it backfired and became a weapon by which the very worst type of people were allowed to live here against the wishes of most sensible people.

Theses days it appears that any migrant reaching these shores is a "home run" as they have little or no chance of being deported.

We need a British Bill of Rights and Responsibilities which ensures that our laws and Parliament are supreme not an unelected supranational body.

Once we have this Parliament can then rewrite the asylum and deportation laws not so that everybody gets sent back but to bring sanity and common-sense. Why should we allow murders and rapists to stay at the taxpayers expense.

In that Bill of Rights I would also include Freedom of Speech like the USA, something Blair made of point of not including.

definately shouldnt forget I think most people agree this is shocking but people on the right seem to accept this as bad but the left blame the right whole heartedly for it but lefties seem to ignore the regulations attacks by asylum seekers and shout at anyone who dare criticises asylum seekers.
