In the U.S. they sing "The Star Spangled Banner" every morning at school, I'm led to believe. Which includes children of all ethnicities. That is far more patriotic than anything from any other democratic nation. The Last Night At The Proms is played by an orchestra of mixed ethnicities and attended by an audience of mixed ethnicities. ONCE A YEAR!

If I remember correctly you have to book a certain number of other proms concerts to be eligible for the ballot. I think it is reasonable to assume that most people who go are classical music fans. Saw this, not the BBC as yet, but you never know. Only thing is, FB is banning ALL political ads/messaging whilst elections are taking place.

Funny thing is, they are complaining about the (supposed) level of (ahem) "far right propaganda" on Facebook. This is why many are pulling their advertising. Thing is, both Facebook and Twitter are overwhelmingly left-wing echo chambers. Laura Loomer is currently on course to win her congressional race in Florida. She is banned from Facebook (and by extension, therefore, Instagram). Her campaign are banned from running ads. Independent businesses that sell merchandise with her name on it have been banned from facebook. If you post links to her donation page, you suffer a "strike" on your profile, and eventually are suspended. The left want to purge any dissenting voices in these public spheres - only what they deem "acceptable" should be heard. When Labour, Pepsi, Gillette are pulling their ad revenue from Facebook because "bad words", what they are actually saying is: "your censorship is not strong enough - crush more conservative content" and give us a free reign to further our own agenda unimpeded. Says a lot about the strength of their arguments if they can only push them having silenced the opposition.
