Unbelievable prices for Central London and probably claim it on expenses

I'd expect nothing less. The benefits of the 'powerful'.

Same with huge corporations avoiding tax, paying poor wages, etc.

Those who have a far reaching negative impact on our lives will continue to do so for as long as we continue to fight amongst ourselves. Who's left, who's right blah blah blah.

Hey those dedicated public servants in Parliament are making sacrifices just like the rest of the country.

They've agreed to close the subsidised bar at 10pm please show some sympathy for them.

What seems to have been forgotten, is that MP's voted themselves an inflation-busting pay rise, just as CV19 was starting.
And don't get me started about expenses.

They are making mugs of the electorate, and preserving the Status Quo.

The stuff they can claim on expenses is surprising. Hair dressing, dry cleaning, travel, clothing and then their family are employed as admin workers.

Beers prices are much more reasonable when you go "non-League"

Parliament don't 'vote themselves' pay rises - it's decided by an independent commission how much their increase should be.

Interesting to see how many could but hadn’t given their staff a pay rise. I was a public sector worker at that time and my pay rises!! over the preceding years were less than 1%.

As I have said many times - regardless of their politics they are a complete waste of space and Guy Fawkes was ahead of his time!

Agreed, just didn't have the firepower up front. Wait a minute, that sounds familiar.
