I’ve just read about Josh King now being in his final year of his contract. It sure how much he’d go for but surely Bournemouth wouldn’t dare lose him for a free. Maybe £10 million bid might do? I’ve always liked the look of him, think he offers a decent all round game. At 28 however, there’ll be little sell on value. It’s easy to think about the first team but we need to bulk up the squad size.

Not the best, not the worst. A Florin Andone or Vardy (well, just not as good) type of hard working striker, who does decently in the PL scoring or helping others score.

I've never rated him but, if he truly is West Ham's main target, I quite hope we sign him just to annoy them. That's how petty I am.

King is a strong runner,with or without the ball, and he is certainly fleet of foot.Chases players down and puts them under pressure.Can play both centrally and on the flanks.Has two good feet,has scored with both feet and hits the target most of the time. Edited by Willo (14 Oct 2020 8.27am)
