It's a sick joke that lefties still think that they are going up against "the establishment" by pushing for open borders. They have been the establishment for years.

You also need to look at individuals behind the organisations that push this and you may start to notice patterns.

Suspect a lot of people are forced into working off the debt when they get here.

With the UK having a falling birthrate, and an increasingly aged population who use up resources, the UK was going to need migrant labour to make NI, tax and pension contributions.
Trouble is, a lot of illegal migrants are turned into forced labour and criminal activities by crime gangs who make no such contributions to the UK economy. And they use up even more resources with single parent women with children, who are largely reliant on benefits.
Perhaps we can use the soon-to-be redundant French fishing fleet (see link) to patrol the English Channel, towing migrant boats back to Calais, or other deterrent actions.

We are told at the same time that our ageing population is a problem but *we* mustn't have kids because it's bad for the environment. At the same time we import 3rd worlders hugely increasing their own carbon footprint and they have 5 kids and sit on benefits. The answer to this is apparently to keep borrowing and taxing *us* and pumping more money each year into the NHS and the welfare state.

There is a word for this and it's called genocide.

Not sure who is telling you not to have kids - yes it’s environmentally better not to have them but in reality 1 or 2 children per family in a developed country is beneficial for many reasons. Unless you can find me an example, the no kids message is hardly frontline mainstream government messaging.

I’d argue wanting to claim money back from the state for not using the NHS and educational systems is just as bad as a workshy gaming the benefits system.

Importing developing countries workers - when you say ‘hugely’ increasing carbon footprints - what are you referring to? The flight over? If they were commuting to and from Eastern Europe every day then fine. In reality they probably end up living 6 to a squalid house with low, shared use of energy, food and carbon intensive behaviour.
