It looks like it has been completed and price agreed is £1 million which if true is an incredible price. It looks like Stoke needed to get his wages off the books and also a deal below a certain level then it stops a 25% share to Birmingham as part of sell on fee. I just hope he can find his form again as not been good the last few seasons. When in the England team he looked very promising and has far more chance of improving than WH.

f*** me that came out of nowhere, just saw the update on Facebook now. Never known Palace to move so fast, great deal, very pleased.

Really happy with this. Let’s be honest, Hennessy is a liability, we need a decent backup, time to move him on.

The Stoke fans clearly think he's awful but also that he needs a new challenge.

Time will tell. He's no worldie these days, but he's our No. 2 so we shouldn't expect him to be.
