Am I the only person who doesn't really rate this guy? I could be totally wrong, but he doesn't look like he has the physical presence for the Premier league. Morelos was the one from Scotland that looked best to me. Although I think neither are fit right now.

Rumblings and murmurings that we are going to make a bid today. This would be amazing, but I find it hard to believe. Maybe for once we will have a happy ending, rather than just a disappointing massage.

We will make a bid, far lower than Celtic want, bid rejected Parish says “ we tried our best but....” all his PR skills will be needed me thinks

It would all be very last minute and unlikely, but if Celtic did agree to sell could that mean we would then allow Wilf to leave, possibly even on a loan with an obligation to buy. Pure speculation of course, but with Wilf playing as a centre forward this season not completely out there.

I'm sure there's very little truth in it. Tbh if we were gonna spend any money I'd rather it went on midfield creativity and see how we fare with Bats/Zaha/Ayew/Benteke. Spending a lot on a striker now who'll receive little support from those behind him would not be a good move IMO. Edited by samprior (05 Oct 2020 11.57am)

Should go back for him in January - Celtic will be out of the title race by then and the price should be lower than hyped in the summer. Hopefully he understands the offside rule unlike Batshuayi.

LOL, out of the title race They are like 6 points behind with 2 less games and usually they won those games in their league, only losing points twice a year. Celtic will not be out of the title race until close to the end of the season. Or they will win it way faster than that.
