Indeed. A shake up is needed.

Re. Starmer, he is hardly the beacon of perfection some make him out to be, but I do think he has a bit more substance to him than BoJo.

Probably.

Maybe labour could put forward a leader who looks like he gives a s*** about the white working class

The chaotic situation at the heart of Bojo's administration has affected the brexit negotiations apparently.

One can only wonder at what is going on at Number 10.

Or maybe the EU wont budge on our red lines. Time to walk away.

In essence, its a complete lack of grip and failure by the PM. What amazes me is why anyone should be surprised. The worst Foreign Sec in living memory, an inability to get on top of detail, allowing his advisors to set the agenda and being, at best, cavalier with the truth.
Add to that the chaos associated with his personal life, not knowing his own mind but simply doing things that he thinks would benefit him personally. Net net, in my view, he has a totally unsuitable temperament for the job of PM and, as each month/disaster goes by, it is becoming more and more evident.
It will all likely end in tears and quite possibly in relative short order.

So which one of the anti Tory sources are you getting that from?
You do know that bulls*** is available on several channels without you parroting it on here?

Good riddance to bad rubbish as they say.

And the girl Cummings had frog-marched out of number 10 by the police (no surprise there), has received a financial settlement.

I wonder what's going to happen to the big review of the Defence sector that Cummings was leading.

Incredibly bizzare he's left so quickly with such projects half done.

Johnson has made the worst decisions of his political life over the last few days. Losing Cummings means he loses any kind of real intellect. Its a return to service as normal.

Expect a full on Brexit betrayal in the next few days. Might not even surprise me to see another extension signed and then a full on 'Brexit Light' deal.

Oh well, the Reform party it is now.

Cummings was questioning all kinds of procrument procedures. Why silly amounts of money was being paid for stuff you could buy at a tenth of the price in a local shop. Probably a huge reason behind why he has gone.

Still lots more expensive wars to come in 2021-22. Worth buying shares in defence contractors now in the UK as well as in the US.
