If any of you planning guys can help, I’m currently looking for brownfield sites on the outskirts of town. 3-5 acres. Lowish density and bulk and massing. C2/C3 use class. Interested anywhere in south east. Good areas. Please message me if you know anything.

I suppose the easy answer to this is, isn’t everyone, however try two doors up from Ann Summers on the A22, that site still hasn’t been developed, not sure why.

Indeed there is. I lived just round the corner for a few years. They keep themselves to themselves and I never really noticed they were even there.
