U2 at Wembley.

The Stadium was too small for the ego of Bono.

the 'Net-We-had' at the Etihad....again

Heathen.

Saw The Boomtown Rats at the Greyhound in 77. They were sh*te.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Just like listening to an album. No presence. I was really surprised. Might as well have stayed at home

I saw Chris Rea at Wembley and that was also just like his albums but I saw him again up in his native North East and he was completely different, playing the same songs but with a passion and drive that was missing at Wembley

Jamiroquai at Finsbury Park in the 90's (94 ?). The crowd where there for other bands, the sound system was s***e, and they were s***e and got booed (haha). Must have been embarrassing for them.

Mine's a light and bitter.

Depeche Mode back in the 80’s, although I like/liked some of there stuff, i don’t think they came across well as a live band at that time imho

Soooo loud. Had to walk out. At the Greyhound Croydon.

Supertramp were really boring.

Wimp.

I saw Motörhead at the Hammersmith on the '79 Bomber tour, it cost a few quid, the bouncers were nowhere to be seen and I couldn't hear properly for two days.

The good old days.

The Faces. At the greyhound I think it was.
Lead singer (a little upstart called Rod Stewart) was so drunk he could barely stand let alone sing.
Seem to remember the hall was half empty by the time they got half way through.

Can't remember many bad gigs although some of my pals and I did become a little snobbish at one point.

I remember we stayed in the bar for Bon Jovi when they supported Kiss at Wembley Arena. We went home before AC/DC headlined at Donnington because we thought they had lost it, and I remember we mocked Iron Maiden at the Hammersmith on the Piece of Mind Tour because we thought they had gone down hill rapidly. I didn't even get out of the camp site when they played Reading.

With hindsight that was all a little daft especially in the light of the utter garbage that the kids are exposed to now.

Kids, tired of being bothered by your pesky parents?
Then leave home, get a job & pay your own bills, while you still know everything.

Me and a load of mates from school went to see them in Bristol back in the early eighties.
Next day at school we were apparently all shouting to each other in lesson, as none of us could here a thing.

Oh yeah, just remembered seeing "The Doctor" of Dr and the medics collapse and be carted off stage 1 or2 songs into their set. In hindsight this was probably a good thing.
