I think he'll do whatever he views to be in his own self interest. There's always the possibility he'll latch onto or merge with one of the emerging news networks that hes started to favour over Fox. Or maybe he'll just decide it's all too much hassle or complicated post Presidency and dial down his involvement in politics.

The Democrats are going to give amnesties....voting rights to illegals. They will close off any chance of republicans getting back in. What's the point of supporting a republican party that does that? It would be like supporting today's conservatives and calling yourself a conservative....errr....not really. You just want to have 'ain't it awful' conversations with your mates and keep your house prices up....It's only conservative in name. No, if conservatism is to survive in America the stand has to start now....The grass roots need to vote out moderates in the GOP and start refusing to cooperate with the government...just as the blue states did to Trump. I'd say the media route is more likely....I think the republican party itself will be in turmoil for a while and he won't like the blame he's going to get....from both sides of the party.

Trump tried to move the needle...and he did a tiny bit, but not many people know that Bush was actually more popular with the black vote for example....the reality is Trump offered minorities billions and they still voted high majority Democrat. As for bombing their countries....Most illegals will be south and central Americans and not from the middle east.
